Attraction

Since the beginning of time sales folk have invariably been looked down on.
You know, the used automobile salesperson type. They might chase you round the lot, promising you everything, and coming through with nothing. Folks always felt that if you bought your new auto from anyone, other then a new auto showroom floor sales person, you were getting ripped off.

Direct sales have changed. Or I should say are gradually changing over a period of time. Essentially this has been about for a couple of years, though not to a lot of folk use it. It’s called attraction marketing.

Folks buy from individuals that they believe in. They do not buy from companies. I know we are getting really cold in the way we try and do business today. We speak with PCs, send e-mails, there is, however, no human face attached to the individual on the other end of the telephone or PC. That’s what still makes direct sales what it has traditionally been. Direct head to head and eye to eye contact.

Now I am not diminishing internet marketing. I am an internet marketer. My marketing system is a lead generation, and residual income producer for me. If you don’t have an internet presence, you will soon be left behind. But we still have to get on the phone and talk to people. That’s where the sale is closed. The human element still has to exist and be there for that closing to take place.

A person moved into the new house that he and his spouse had just acquired. They were extremely excited. All the grasslands and landscaping of all of the houses in the neighborhood, were attractive. He got right to work on his. After months of fertilizing and and watering, his grass still had weeds and looked frightful. He ultimately got the nerve up to ask his neighbor for some pointers on how he could get his grass to appear like his. The person was more than pleased to help with all his landscaping wishes.

Shortly the man’s new yard started to take on a new look. Everything was looking superb. He eventually asked his new neighbor how he knew so much about landscaping. He answered, I own my very own landscaping business. He employed the neighbor on the spot for all his landscaping wishes.

This story explains what attraction marketing is. You lead by giving out value, not by pitching some company or product. The minute you do that, people will perceive you as a leader and someone who knows what they are doing. You are separating yourself from the thousands of peddlers out their who are selling a company and chasing people around shoving their product down their throats. The most important thing you are doing, is you are building relationships. Remember, people buy from people, not companies.

Once the man in our story found out that his neighbor knew something about landscaping, and he had built a relationship with him, he was ready to buy what ever he was selling.

Good business is good relationships.

In America, indoor family fun centers are a huge business. Moving the games and atractions indoor creates a location that provides both adults and children alike with a fun and safe place to pass rainy days. Size is the most important factor for a great indoor activity center. To hold more attractions and games, it should be fairly large. To include even more games, many companies build buildings with several levels. These centers can also hold more customers which means more money.

A good gaming center, to keep visitors engaged, should have quite a few good video games. High tech games are all the rage right now. Interactive and 3D games will both bode well for the center’s reputation and keep its customers sufficiently entertained.

While video games and their popularity has been cemented in culture, gaming centers that want to be ultimate have more. Activities other than video games that customers can engage in will please them even more. One age old standard that no one seems to tire of is putt putt golf. Great family fun centers devote large areas of their buildings to the game. Many even construct themed and elaborately built courses to keep people enticed.

Go-carts are another cherished attraction. The tracks can be constructed indoors on a much smaller scale without giving up any of the excitement. The indoor versions are still very safe, many businesses even have a height requirement and require the drivers use helmets. Go-carts are also a fast attraction. With a couple of runs around a track, a person will get their desired excitement without hogging the ride from others in line.

To keep visitors engaged, good ultimate fun centers have bowling alleys inside them too. The alleys are generally a lot smaller than the real ones but just as much fun. An especially appealing aspect of this game is how little area it takes up. Not like the putt putt course, it will need a lot of maintenance and upkeep. Though they are worth the while for the thrill they provide.

Most importantly, an ultimate fun center will need to have a good source of food. A small restaurant or food court inside will ensure that all guests that are visiting have an even better day. It also ensures that guests don’t leave whenever they get hungry, if the provided food is at a fair price. Foods like nachos and corn dogs that can be eaten on the go are best.

For an indoor game and attraction center to be ultimate it must have the following things. A large space for its inhabitants to enjoy themselves and lots of high tech video games. It also needs a source of cheap food and lots of engaging activities such as putt putt golf and go-carts. Indoor fun centers are important because they provide a safe place for people to hang out and enjoy themselves in bad weather or on a sunny day. They also are great for parents who need a few hours break from their kids.
